1. All the salaries will be directly credited in the personal a/c of the officials.
2. In the plan and mgnrega prog, the EOs need to collect the bank a/c of the
participants, guest speakers and RVs and HQ will directly credit their honorariums
into their a/c and the EO need not have to pay them on the spot( the idea is in
pipeline).
3. The TA bills, Medical bills and other allowances will also be credited directly
to the officials personal a/c.
4. The non plan exp of the offices will also be credited from this bank a/c.
5. The whole MGNREGA fund has already transferred to this new a/c.
Now IDBI has to do all this transactions and money transfers ( approx more than 10 lacs per annum )
So What?
This will give a huge transaction charges to IDBI bank OR IDBI will keep this whole amount with it without claiming transaction charges but will not give any interest.
The benefeciery has to bear the transaction charges or CBWE.
The benefeciery will loose the bank interest or CBWE.
During the transfer time IDBI will enjoy the whole fund,it would be bigger if the benefeciery a/c is at remote place or with a non core banking branch.
WHO WILL BE BENEFITTED - CBWE (NO), MOLE (NO), BENEFECIERY (NO), only IDBI. Then why we have chosen this option? to favour a private Bank. Sources said, its an under table deal.
IT IS MISAPPROPRIATION OF PUBLIC FUND AND MUST BE TREATED A FINANCIAL SCAM.
Pls send all these facts to CAG, as the fellow always takes plea of AG, DOPT, He has to answer. I have dicussed the issue with few advocates for PIL and RTI petition.

If some E.Os facing problem due to a person, dont you have this guts to directly take the case to vigilance squad of MOLE. You are near to Delhi. You people aware workers to fight for rightful need, Dont you feel by hiding your name you can contact the MOLE and get him caught red handed.
Dont show your frustration in open, that shows you are incapable and unable to manage the issues. First learn from your mistakes.
People should learn from the issue of Mr Parashar, If some one is still in the same track, He will face the same end.. But unfortuanately long service is pending in this cases....
You can write a letter to Madam Gandhi with detail credentials if your allegation is true. Detail followup will be made by us.

FRIENDS JUST WE GOT INFORMATION THAT THE HO COMMUNICATED TO A VERY SENIOR COLLEAGUE WHO IS RETIRING ON DEC-31, THAT HIS PENSION IS FIXED AT LOWER RATE ASWELL AS LEAVE ENCASHMENT AND GRATUITY. WHAT IS THIS BACK TRACK AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Wheather this communication to a retiring person to just taste the current in water or to bulldoze the thought process of retiring from Board service. Lets see how long this Check Mate fight continues.

Have you people got the salary, As my fiends are still in that uncertainity wheather salary this month or Not. Just keep quiet and expect new people to do something, thats pathetic. In the whole episode, RDs were the victimised. Their powers were taken away and no one has dareed to even uttered a single word of protest. Simplying carrying out the order of AD as a obident sub ordinate. Does Check List System comes under any FR/SR. Some Ex-RD are even ready to take their retairment benefit at Old rate. It is our humble request that, pleae raise your self esteem & protest the unruly order of AD. As you are not prtesting & simply acting as "Obdient Sub ordinate" he is thinking that he can do any think with you. Because he KNOWS that(even told to DDHQ/DDE)RDs are DEAD WOOD.

Do not believe in his word. On basis of his word many people are running after him. Definitely they will one day face the situation like Bahadur Saha Zafer.........
