This time if don't get united STAFF & OFFICERS, our Board is going into drain. The Staff association has taken very strong stand and we must apprecaite them. Likewise, the Officer association must also come forward and raise the voice.
If both the associations work together leaving our self interest aside, we can counter every challenge and take CBWE to new heights.
The Pensions are reduced, people are not saying anything, we must remember, one day we all will retire. So don't wait for others take initiatives and come forward.

ReplyDeleteThis is the right time for kill the bill. Be unite and give final punch. This in noble organisation runned till today by good people. These outsiders will come and go. But we have to work in tandem to fulfill the expectations of poor working class. This UPA government under the chairmanship of Madam Gandhi will always honest efforts for working class. More than 35 nimber of Honourable Memmer of Parliament are already approached and thay will raise the issue regarding the functioning of CBWE during this winter session. Every honourable MP is astonished when CBWE is the only govt dept to aware worker (Industrial & Un-organise) why they will be assigned MGNREGA for which innumerable number of agencies their in country including state govts. Why not increase the budget of CBWE so that more number of workers can be covered. Lets see already I Hav peronally written letter to Madam Gandhi. Hope eveything will be setteled soon.

Empower capable people like sojan, Haider, tiwary and any young people who can liasion with ministry with fresh look, Not the defamed troup.
