1. The Ministry has issued a show cause notice to the director, asking how the AD (ministerial post) was transferred from HQ without permission.
2. The HQ has reduced the pay scale of one ZD, but now the Ministry itself fixed his pay in 14000 scale and send it to HQ. This is very good step and may be quoted for future references. This also shows that Ministry has already accepted the 8000 scale and there are only rumors that ministry is going to degrade the scale and few people are making it an issue.
3. The pensioners has taken stay from court and now HQ is re-fixing the pensions
4. Mr D R Prashar has gone on retirement prepratory leave & will only join in last week of Feb 2012.
5. Now the miscellaneous bills in programmes need to be signed by RD and also the dignatery present (non sense)
6. All the TA & Medical bills will be directly credited into individual a/c (if get cleared) and that too without informing the concerned person seeking his acceptance.

ReplyDeleteSee friends share your thoughts with ministry. This is a democratic nation and no one is supreme. You see our Prime minister is also answerable to Madam Gandhi as well as nation. So some one with petty administrative experience as campus supervisor (KIIT) can not be supreme. As per Dos & Donts for Civilian employees every letters should be through proper channel but Grievance can be send directly to ministry. As far my experience with liasioning with Ministry is concerned, People in Ministry are throgh gentle man an administrator with human value. If each cadre Offficer (more than 200) writes one letter with grivance every week to Honorable Labour secy, then the ministry will drag this fellow out who creates proble. Our old friend can recall the era of Vora and Ghoda and how it ended. Be unite with each other. I know few of your association members are bad name in ministry as people at Shram Shakti Bhawan fear any talk or meet with them may result in rumour of money transaction. So keep those persons out of context. We all retired employees are utilising our relation and goodwill to help each other. Lets hope after all this is our family and our organisation. We shoul not let people to defame it. You contact MPS known to you to raise the issue in winter session of Parliament. More over our chairman is very helping, tell him all your problems he can use his influence to get the kachda out. After all he is a public life man with leadership skill

This is new way of administration. When world thinks of DELEGATION, CBWE heading towards CENTRALISATION. This is the fate.

ReplyDeleteI don't agree with you because only few deadwood and frozen fossils types people who have no faith in himself and suspect others are root cause of the problems, best solution is to ignore them or give them the address of art of living institution to help rehabilitate themselves , but it is wrong to say that all are same. healthy mind is important to keep body healthy, few common symptoms of sick people are: violent behavior, forgetful of details, suspiciousness, low self esteem, abusive language etc. So if you find such symptoms than kindly give them the address of art of living institution or present good books on positive attitude or self confidence, etc.

Why they continuously see and hear things through others which can never be a correct, fair and rationale because perception vary from person to person. So, authority are generally not bad but people close to him or chamchas are, so beware of chamcha and please use your eyes, ears, knowledge, experience and wisdom while taking decisions.

These two applications for addition of parties have been filed
by two sets of applicants. The applicants are the retired employees of
the petitioners. Most of them were in service, when the Original
Application no. 566 of 2007 was filed, however, in course of time
they retired. The applicants have prayed that they want to be added
as parties to support the order and to resist the application made by
the petitioners/employer. The respondents, who were the petitioners
before the Tribunal, are conspicuously absent, despite repeated
notice being given to them.
Mr. Somnath Bose, learned Counsel appearing for the Union of
India, the petitioners abovenamed while opposing the applications,
contends that in case the Union of India is successful in having the
order of the Tribunal set aside, the applicants would not be entitled
to the benefit of the said order. In any event, they were not parties
before the Tribunal. Hence, they could not be added as parties to
this proceeding.
We have considered the rival contentions. It is not in dispute
that the applicants were the employees of the petitioners. It is also
not in dispute that they already retired from service and might be
getting benefit of the order of the Tribunal, if sustained. Hence, their
prayer for addition of parties cannot be successfully resisted.
However, the Union of India would be entitled to question their locus
standi on merits at the time of hearing of the Tribunal application.
CAN 8670 of 2011 and CAN 5891 of 2011 are allowed. The
applicants are added as party respondents. Let the cause title be
amended accordingly.
WPCT 85 of 2010 be listed for hearing in the monthly list of
November, 2011.
Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be
given to the parties on priority basis.

From the above sentence our cadre friends easily conclude that, the present respondent & the petitioner at Tribunal are CBWEOA/Representatives of CBWEOA are not attending the Hon,ble Court despite of repeated notices.
If, the present people who are dealing with case will show such type of step motherly approach towards Retd. employee, then it is very unfortunate to initiate a united legal fight. Its a appeal to every one to ask the persons dealing with the case with clarification & real stands of the CBWEOA, because one day every cadre will retired.
