Chairman Relief Fund- Proposal


The objective

1. To show sympathy and belongingness to our friends in the office, who are in physical distress, so as to boost up their confidence and morale, at the time of exigencies through monetary assistance.
2. To condole the death and offer solace in case of, in service premature death by a token sharing of financial expenditures.

The mode

Creating a non government fund, all by ourselves through, contributions and donations by check-off system and thus, create a Trust comprising, Chairman CBWE, Director CBWE, Financial Advisor CBWE and representatives of Officers and Staff unions that are registered- as trustees to operate the fund as per the objectives.

Source of Fund

a) Contribution by the employees through check-off system every month.
b) Special donations by the employees and outsiders as well.

Group A and B may contribute Rs 50 per monthand Group C & D may contribute Rs 30 per month qand for around 700 employees the monthly contribution amy go up to Rs 28,000 per month and annually this will be Rs 3,36,000.

Bank Account

The bank account my be opened in the name and style of " CHAIRMAN RELIEF FUND" and may be opened jointly by the Director and Financial Advisor or as the board of trustees may decide. The trustees may decide on majority opinion as to where to put the money if in balance for securing better interest and liquidity.

IT exeption

The trust may get the income tax exeption under 80 G or 31 a /c of the Income Tax Act, so the contributions from the employees and other donars wil be benefitted and motivated.

Utilization of Fund

1. No remuneration to trustees.
2. Employees have a right to claim for himself/herself & his/her dependantsunder CCS
rules.
a. In case of in-service premature death Rs 1,00,000 or as revised by the
trustees from time ti time.
b. Treatment expenditure leading to permanent disabilities- limited to Rs 50,000
c. Treatment expenditure of TB, Cancer, Chronic active Hepatitis 'B', 'C' & 'D',
for major illness of By Pass surgery, Kidney transplantation etc. Supply of
Heart Pace maker, replacement or diseased Heart valves, Artificail Electronic
Larynx- limited to Rs 50,000.
3. Trsutees wil have the power to include any other expenditure pattern on majority
for the benefit of the meployees.
